Armstrong: Bumps, bruises aside, he says he's ready to roll

The six-time defending Tour de France champion crashed at low speed during the start of a training ride last week. Also, they kept the flab to a minimum, using light 6061 and 6069 aluminum alloy for the frame and retaining a standard 135mm, q.r. friendly rear dropout spacing.
